VF Law has named T. Beau Ellis managing partner. His term began in January. He succeeds Tom Johnson, who served as managing partner for 15 years and will continue to serve clients with legal representation in HOA law, insurance and construction defect litigation. Ellis, a real estate and business attorney, will oversee and guide all strategic planning for the firm across its operations in seven states. Ellis serves as a director on the Oregon Property Owners Association Legal Center board and on the advisory committee for the Western Resources Legal Center, an educational nonprofit associated with the Lewis & Clark School that works to prepare future lawyers for success.
