Froelich Engineers adds Christopher-Allison as civil designer

Elena Christopher-Allison has joined Froelich Engineers as a civil designer in its Portland office. Currently, she assists design and drafting of site plans and storm facilities. After receiving a bachelor鈥檚 degree in chemistry from Portland State University, Christopher-Allison completed a master鈥檚 degree in civil engineering at the University of Texas at Austin.
