Tonkon Torp partner Jessica Morgan has joined the board of directors of Street Dog Hero. The Bend-based nonprofit focuses on transporting street dogs from around the globe to permanent homes in the Pacific Northwest. Morgan helped Marianna Cox, Street Dog Hero鈥檚 founder/president, prepare the 501(c)(3) documentation for the organization and has provided ongoing nonprofit administrative advice. Morgan is co-chair of Tonkon Torp鈥檚 Business Department. She assists clients with regulatory compliance, securities and general corporate law issues, and other legal matters. Over more than a decade, Morgan has focused mainly on serving financial service businesses and handling investment management legal work.
