• A type 2 procedure (adjustment) is pending for 3801 N. Interstate Ave. Plans call for construction of a 155-unit apartment building, an associated amenity space, and parking. The seven-story structure would be five stories of wood framing over two stories of concrete. Brad Bane of Ankrom Moisan Architects is the applicant and Green Lotus Investments LLC is the project owner.
• Early assistance is being sought for a project at 10450 S.W. Barbur Blvd. The proposal calls for construction of a five-story, 98-unit affordable housing building that would hold approximately 94,810 square feet. Calista Fitzgerald of LRS Architects in the applicant and Metro is the project owner.

• 

  A request for design advice has been issued for 1845 S. Harbor Place. The proposal is for a multifamily high-rise on the former RiverPlace Athletic Club site. This development would be phase 1 of the in-process Central City Master Plan for the entire RiverPlace site. Daniel Bradbury and Agustin Enriquez of GBD Architects are the applicants and NBP 0150 S Montgomery LLC is the project owner.

• A pre-application conference is pending for 1315 S.E. 20th Ave. The proposal calls for building improvements to meet code for safety and function. Work would include installing a fire sprinkler system, installing fire-rated doors, enlarging the platform, adding an ADA wheelchair lift, adding interior partition walls, adding exterior canopies, removing an old fire escape, and more. Paul Kurth of LRS Architects is the applicant and Hinson Memorial Baptist Church is the project owner.
• A type 2 procedure (adjustment) is pending for 1224 N. Winchell St. Plans call for demolition of an existing, 650-square-foot home and construction of a proposed three-story, 12-unit apartment building. Jason Karam of Sigma Development is the applicant and TLA 1 LLC is the project owner.
