Matthew Gross, who joined Pence Construction in January 2022, has been promoted to human resources generalist. He serves employees who have any HR needs. Gross focuses on the onboarding experience, leave administration, employee relations, and benefits such as health care, 401(k) and time off. In his previous employment in the nonprofit sector, Gross specialized in employee training, education and career development.
