CONSTRUCTION

Jahaziel Ramirez is now a senior project engineer at Pence Construction. During more than two years with the company, Ramirez has been responsible for leading owner/architect/contractor meetings, subcontractor coordination, and budget analyses. In this expanded role, he鈥檒l spearhead project forecasting, owner/sub change orders and budget transfers. Ramirez currently is working on three senior living projects for Friendsview in Newberg. He is bilingual and has a bachelor鈥檚 degree in construction engineering management from Oregon State University.
