REACH Community Development has hired Tekle Bushen as chief financial officer. He has 15 years of financial leadership experience in the nonprofit sector that will continue to advance REACH鈥檚 development of real estate, maintenance of affordable rental housing, and provision of community programs and services.聽In past CFO roles, Bushen has led the development and oversight of annual budgets exceeding $50 million. He previously served as CFO of Plymouth Housing in Seattle and as CFO for the Housing Authority of Chelan County, Washington. Bushen holds master鈥檚 degrees in both business administration (business management) and accounting and financial management. He also has a bachelor鈥檚 degree in accounting and business management.
