Roxanne Bortvedt has been named regional manager for the Portland office of CloudTen Residential, a new firm that manages and operates multifamily properties throughout the western U.S. Bortvedt is responsible for supervising multiple employees as well as a range of multifamily properties in the Pacific Northwest. She has nearly 10 years of multifamily and commercial property management experience, most recently as a portfolio manager for Income Property Management. She oversaw more than 1,000 units in Oregon and Washington, with specialization in conventional property management. Bortvedt holds a bachelor鈥檚 degree in business administration and management from Oregon State University.
