CONSTRUCTION

Katie Wynne has been elevated to preconstruction coordinator at Pence Construction. She has been working in estimating for more than four years. In this new role, Wynne will simultaneously lead multiple projects through preconstruction phases, compile preconstruction books, conduct constructability reviews, and assist project teams in preconstruction job startup. While employed full time at Pence, she has pursued a bachelor鈥檚 degree in business at Portland State University.
