Andrew H. Stamp has joined VF Law鈥檚 land use practice in the firm鈥檚 Oregon office. He has more than 25 years of experience navigating Oregon鈥檚 complex land use planning program. Stamp focuses on zoning and development law, exactions, transportation and access management, drainage and flood damage law, and associated environmental and administrative law issues. He represents developers and landowners seeking a wide range of land use entitlements from local governments.聽His extensive experience provides sound strategies for clients seeking to develop their land. Before beginning his legal career, Stamp served six years as an officer in the United States Army.
