Construction of a Pre-Engineered Metal Building
(PEMB) which will contain a variety of spaces including general assembly spaces, of铿� ces and meeting rooms. Bidding the following scopes at this time: Final Cleaning, Structural Concrete, Reinforcing Steel, Rough Carpentry, Finish Carpentry, Casework & Countertops, Weather Barrier, Window and, Skylights, Caulking & Sealants, Doors, Frames and Hardware, Overhead Coiling Doors, Drywall & Framing, Acoustical Ceilings and Insulation, Resilient Flooring and Base, Carpet, Walk off Mat, Signage, Operable Partitions (Bid Alternate), Toilet & Fire Protection Specialties, Window Coverings, Prefabricated Engineered, Metal Building (Install), Fire Sprinklers, Fencing and Bike Racks and Landscaping & Irrigation.

Construction Schedule: Q1 2023 鈥� Q1 2024.
