Design Review (type 2 procedure) – pending

Applicant: Steve Schwartz of Chick-fil-A
Owner: Northwest Restaurant Real Estate LLC of Fort Myers, Florida

The proposal calls for transforming the existing building into a Chick-fil-A restaurant. Work would involve exterior façade and roof alterations and construction of a parking lot and landscaping.

 


A new three-story headquarters for Raimore Construction is planned at 1050 N.E. Columbia Blvd. (Portland Maps)
