Eugene senior housing complex fetches $35 million

Crescent Park, a 119-unit independent senior living community, has sold for $35 million. It鈥檚 located at 2951 Coburg Road in Eugene.

Rick Swartz, Jay Wagner, Aaron Rosenzweig and Dan Baker of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, which according to Lane County property records is CP Eugene OR LLC of Dallas, Texas. The property was acquired by Inspired Healthcare Capital of Scottsdale, Arizona.

Built in 2014, Crescent Park is a three-story, 116,000-square-foot complex on 5.74 acres. The property offers a mix of studios, one-bedroom units and two-bedroom units with amenities and scenic views. The community is located near Interstate 5 and Oregon Route 569.
