Otak Inc. has hired Sophia Adams as a bridge designer in the structural department. She previously served as a structural engineering intern at FEH Design in Dubuque, Iowa. Adams has a bachelor鈥檚 degree in civil engineering, with emphasis on structural and geotechnical engineering, from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
