David Evans and Associates has added Don Odermott as a senior transportation project manager in its Portland office. He previously served as the transportation systems director for the Hillsboro Community Development Department. He led the city鈥檚 transportation systems planning and policy, among many other things. Odermott鈥檚 unique background includes close connections with many industry and agency leaders across the state; he will leverage those in his role at DEA.
