Otak Inc. hires Ojala as senior project manager

David Ojala has rejoined Otak Inc. as a senior project manager in the water & natural resources department. He was working with Snohomish County Department of Conservation and Natural Resources Surface Water Management. Ojala has both a bachelor鈥檚 degree in environmental engineering and a master鈥檚 degree in civil engineering from Michigan Technological University.
