Brief Project Description:
O’Brien and Company has been selected as the CM/GC Contractor on behalf of the Knappa Fire District.

Seismic retrofitting to existing building. Will include selective demolition & excavation, standing seam roof, framing, structural steel, concrete, electrical, drywall, painting, siding repair, gutters, overhead doors.

O’Brien and Company will be submitting a bid to perform the demolition and framing work scopes.

This will be a public works prevailing wage project- BOLI 1/01/2023 rates apply for Clatsop County. Construction Schedule duration will be from July 2023 through October 2023, with site work demolition starting in July 2023.
