R&H Construction names O’Connor its next CEO

CONSTRUCTION

Kraig O鈥機onnor, president of R&H Construction, is now also its chief executive officer. He succeeds John Ward, who recently retired. O鈥機onnor joined R&H in 2006 as a project engineer in the field for both ground-up projects and renovations. From there, he advanced into roles including project manager, senior project manager, director of operations and then president. O鈥機onnor helped guide R&H through the pandemic, created greater synergy between the Portland and Bend offices, and played an integral role in pursuit of companywide standardization and efficiency initiatives.
