Cushman & Wakefield has named Alison Beddard managing principal of the firm鈥檚 Oregon operations. This appointment expands her current role as managing principal of Washington operations 鈥� a position she has held since January 2021. She will oversee the strategic growth of business lines in the Portland market in addition to the Seattle and Bellevue markets. Beddard, who joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2005 as a broker, previously served as the firm鈥檚 managing principal of Utah operations. She has specialized in cutting-edge portfolio strategies in office leasing, and acquisitions and dispositions of assets for institutional occupiers, private investors, and nonprofits.
