Snell & Wilmer’s Roehm named college Fellow

Victor J. Roehm III, a partner with Snell & Wilmer, has been inducted as a Fellow of the American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers. The college is a professional association of lawyers in the United States, Canada and Mexico dedicated to improving and enhancing the practice of commercial finance law and ethics of the profession. Fellows must have been admitted to practice law for at least 15 years, including at least 10 with substantial experience in commercial finance law. Roehm focuses his practice on commercial and public finance transactions as well as other corporate and real estate transactional matters.
