The proposal calls for a six-to-seven-story apartment building with approximately 166 units on Block 292 East within the Con-way master plan area in the Slabtown neighborhood. The building would be bordered by Northwest Raleigh and Savier streets and Northwest 20th Avenue.

Plans call for installation of security fencing on garage buildings near Veterans Memorial Coliseum to deter unauthorized access and reduce vandalism.

The proposal calls for demolition of three structures to allow construction of a 28-unit apartment building with a courtyard, a community room and a tuck-under parking lot.


A 19-unit multifamily development is planned at 153 S.E. 127th Ave. (Portland Maps).
