Compass Commercial’s McDonald now a CPM

Caroline McDonald of Compass Commercial Asset and Property Management in Bend has obtained her Certified Property Manager designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management. This certification is awarded to people who possess the knowledge to maximize the value of a property in any asset class. McDonald joined Compass Commercial in 2017, bringing more than 20 years of experience in leasing and property management of commercial assets. Her background managing the day-to-day operations of multi-city portfolios encompasses a broad range of property types, including industrial, medical, office and retail.
