Brian Meunier has joined David Evans and Associates and its water and environment team as the water resources practice leader. He is based in the firm鈥檚 Portland office. Meunier, a water resources engineer, has more than 15 years of experience. Throughout his career, he has focused on projects related to dam and levee rehabilitation, interior drainage, urban and highway stormwater management, bridge and culvert sizing, scour analyses, stream restoration/rehabilitation, and fish passage design. Meunier鈥檚 in-depth understanding of these areas allows him to provide innovative solutions and implement sustainable practices for water resource management.
