A day center, 24-hour shelter in a new 2-story building located on SE Hall Boulevard in Tigard, Oregon. The building will be PV ready, have advanced air sealing throughout, as well as energy efficient appliances and equipment. All spaces shall be move-in ready, build-out with MEP & fire protection, and finishes with systems built in to accommodate 15 future transitional housing studio units. The new resource building will be Earth Advantage Platinum Certified. The existing building on the adjacent lot to the south is to remain in operation. Right of way improvements including a new sidewalk, hardscape, site stair, retaining walls and landscape.
