The proposal calls for the installation of a large reinforced concrete box beneath Highway 30 and Northwest Marina Way to reconnect the red legged frog habitats between Forest Park and breeding grounds along the Willamette River. The project would also involve directional walls parallel to Harborton Drive, Highway 30 and Marina Way to direct frogs into the crossing structures. The work could involve widening Harborton drive to accommodate the direction walls.
