Swinerton Builders is requesting subcontractor bids for the North Plains Public Works Facility, 12,000 SF new ground up wood framed/ CLT type VB public works facility. The building is divided into a two-story office area with an associated one-story high work bay. Sitework includes an asphalt working yard, parking areas, trash enclosure, and covered outdoor storage.
