The proposal calls for a preschool to be owned and operated by the Immigrant and Refugee Community Organization, which would provide two classrooms with outdoor tot lots to approximately 40 students.

The project calls for an existing building to be removed for a new, four-story, 50-unit apartment building.

It would consist of a new hydrant cart test stand, new emergency offload lanes, an updated security system, new access roads and security fencing, two new 2,520,000-gallon jet fuel storage tanks with fire protection and a dike wall containment, as well as the removal of two of the three existing storage tanks.

The proposal calls for a seven-story, 44-unit affordable housing development with studios offered at 60 percent of the area median income and a small retail area. The building (approximately 22,436 square feet) would include an outdoor common area and rooftop patio.

A new three-story, 55,000-square-foot parking structure is proposed for vehicle inventory storage and employee parking. A portion of the ground floor would also be devoted to vehicle service.
