O鈥橞rien Design+Build, serving as the Construction Manager/ General Contractor on the Seaside Police Department Seismic Rehabilitation/Remodel is soliciting proposals from qualified Building Demolition, Selective Demolition, Structural Concrete, Structural Steel, Rough Carpentry, Finish Carpentry, Casework and Cabinets, Countertops, Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical, Security Cameras, Security Doors/Locks, Metal Stud Framing, Insulation, Drywall, Acoustical Ceiling Tiles, Acoustic Panels, Roofing, Flashings and Sheet metal, Siding, Gutters and Downspouts, Doors/Frames/Hardware, Carpeting, Resilient Flooring, Ceramic Tiling, Painting.

Non Mandatory Pre-Bid Job Walk- Friday August 18th, 2023 at 10am PST
Questions Due By- Tuesday, August 22nd at 10am PST
Bids Due By- Friday August 25th at 12pm PST
