An office campus in Lake Oswego has sold for approximately $2.7 million.

ME2 Realty LLC, of Pittsburg, Pennsylvania, purchased the Mountain Park Office Campus at 412 Jefferson Parkway late last month.

Constructed in 1981, Mountain Park Office Campus is a two story, multi-tenant office campus totaling 16,085 square feet. Located in the Mountain Park subdivision, the building offers quick access to I-5 and the amenities available on Kruse Way. The property features ample parking, wood ceilings and views from the second-floor suites.

Raymond Duchek and Thomas McDowell with Portland-based Norris & Stevens Inc. represented the seller, identified by Clackamas County records as Mountain Park Office Campus LLC. Peter Stalick with Kidder Matthews represented the buyer, ME2 Realty LLC, in the transaction.
