RFP response will be received by General Contractor,  Pence Contractors, 1051 NW Bond St, Suite 310, Bend,  OR 97701 by the time and date listed above. RFP
responses received after time and date listed above will not be considered. Questions shall be directed to Jeff Soukup [email protected]. All questions are due by August 29th at 5 PM. RFP responses may be emailed to [email protected] or submitted through our website.

Design assist RFP is for Mechanical/Plumbing, Electrical/Low Voltage, and Earthwork trade partners only.

Bid documents can be examined via Pence Construction’s website at Pence.net. Bidders must follow bid instructions and submit on bid forms provided.

This project is a PREVAILING WAGE project in accordance with ORS Chapter 279C. All bidders must be registered with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board and have secured a public works bond in accordance with rules set forth by governing authorities at time of bid.

The contractor reserves the right to: reject any or all bids; reject any bid not in compliance with the bid procedures or requirements; reject for good cause any bid that would be in the public’s best interest to do so; and waive minor irregularities or discrepancies in any or all bids.
