Marcena Day has joined Miller Nash LLP鈥檚 education and employment law & labor relations teams. She will utilize her background in education, employment and civil rights law to assist education institutions throughout the Pacific Northwest. Day first served Miller Nash as a summer associate in 2020 by supporting the education, employment and tribal teams. She has a bachelor鈥檚 degree from the University of Colorado, Denver and a law degree from the University of Washington School of Law. While attending law school, Day served as a judicial extern for Washington Court of Appeals judge John H. Chun; she conducted research and drafted bench memos.
