Sundt Construction adds Holder as virtual construction engineer

CONSTRUCTION
Bart Holder is now a virtual construction engineer for Sundt Construction as it performs the Willamette Water Supply Water Treatment Plant project for the Tualatin Valley Water District. He has more than 20 years of industry experience, including work on a variety of Northwest projects. He began as a laborer in the field and advanced to serve in roles including surveyor, quality control manager, and virtual design and construction (VDC) manager. He has led implementation of building information modeling (BIM) and VDC processes throughout a company as well as managed field technology for construction projects.
