Bids will be due at 2:00 pm Sep 28, 2023, and shall be submitted via email to [email protected] . No hard copy bids or facsimile bids will be accepted. Bid Package #15 generally consists of:

Scope of Work: For this Invitation to Bid (ITB), Emery & Sons Construction (Emery) is requesting bids from Subcontractors (Bidders) to provide labor, equipment, and materials related to the scope of work for the placement of asphalt concrete paving per specification section 32 12 16 Asphalt Concrete Pavement and the limits indicated on the project drawings: Anticipated AC Qty -Approximately 6000 Tons.

1. Perform 5鈥� trench patch over newly installed 8鈥�, 12鈥�, 16鈥� & 24鈥� Ductile Iron Water Lines
2. Perform 5鈥� trench patch over newly installed 8鈥� & 24鈥� Ductile Iron Water Line
3. Perform 2鈥� Inlay on the A Line.
4. Perform 3鈥� Inlay on the D Line
5. Perform 2鈥� Inlay on the D, G, H & J alignments.
6. Perform Asphalt Restoration Sunrise Lane
7. Place 4鈥� Asphalt on new Reservoir 18 Access Road and Hammerhead
8. Place new 4鈥� Asphalt at Pump Station 13
9. Perform Asphalt Restoration at Reservoir 13 Site.

Location and materials are as indicated and specified in the project plans and specifications. The bidding documents include the following: Invitation to Bid, Instructions to Bidders, Bid/Proposal Forms, City of Tigard General Conditions, Sample Emery & Sons Subcontract, Emery & Sons Health & Safety Manual, 100% Plans, and 100% Specifications.
