Compass Commercial Construction Services in Bend has added Richard Reese as vice president of construction services. He assumed the role Aug. 1 to oversee the office management and field construction teams. Reese鈥檚 career spans more than 35 years in commercial construction development and management. He most recently served as vice president of construction for a company in the Portland market, where he was instrumental in growing annual gross sales from $60 million to $250 million. Reese has experience leading various developments, including mixed-use and multifamily projects totaling 3,671 units, more than 1,500 single-family homes, and conversions of hotels into mixed-use projects.
