Project Name: Mountain View Middle School 鈥� Modernization & Seismic Upgrade

Bids Due: 10/4/23 at 3pm PDT

Project Overview: Upgrade and modernization of Mountain View Middle School for the Beaverton School District including but not limited to the following:

(1) Structural seismic upgrades including new concrete footings,structural steel, and wood and metal stud framing.
(2) Complete ACT demolition and replacement throughout the school.
(3 ) New Mechanical and Plumbing equipment.
(4) New partition walls.
(5) Replacement of existing finishes including carpet, tile, VCT, painting,wall paneling, and other similar items.
(6) New gymnasium flooring and bleacher upgrades.
(7) Selective demolition and abatement as required for seismic upgrades and modernization scopes.
