Kevin Adatto has joined Northmarq as managing director. He has 25 years of investment sales leadership and experience working with both institutional and private clients throughout the Pacific Northwest and Intermountain West. Adatto is the former owner and managing partner of CPX. He began his career at CBRE in 1999 and moved to what became CPX in 2005. He now leads the Portland commercial investment team. During the past two years, team members closed 189 transactions totaling $1.2 billion.
