CONSTRUCTION

Pence Construction has promoted Jenna Nelson to senior accountant. Since May 2021, she鈥檚 been working in accounting with Pence鈥檚 various project teams. Nelson is responsible for preparing, analyzing and reviewing monthly financial reporting to provide management with essential information that informs decisions. She also oversees the billing process to ensure accuracy, as well as manages, trains and supports several staff members. In her senior role, Nelson will take the lead on more recurring tasks as she continues to improve processes and mentor the team.
