Rathbone joins VF Law as of counsel in two practice groups

VF Law has added Coni S. Rathbone to its team as of counsel in the business and real estate practice groups. She will split her time between the firm’s offices in Portland and Boise, Idaho. Rathbone previously served as a partner at Dunn Carney, Zupancic Rathbone, and Davis Wright Tremaine. Her areas of expertise include representing property owners and developers in complex commercial real estate transactions, orchestrating tenant-in-common (TIC) resolutions, navigating opportunity zones, creating securities offerings to finance development, mergers and acquisitions, and facilitating general business transactions. Her legal expertise spans diverse areas such as mixed-use developments, health care facilities, wireless transactions, and Qualified Opportunity Zones work.
