Scope of Work: Major items of work (BASE BID) include providing the labor, equipment, and materials necessary to Furnish and Install Chain Link Steel Fencing and Gates as shown on the drawings. All work must be performed in accordance with the requirements of the Contract Documents (Particularly Specification Section 32 31 13). The work includes but is not limited to:

1. Reservoir Site -710 LF of 6’ Black PVC Coated Chain Link Fence, 20’ Access Gate.
2. Reservoir Site Stormwater Pond: 400 LF of 6’ Black PVC Coated Chain Link Fence, 12’ Access Gate.
3. Pump Station 13: 340 LF of 6’ Black PVC Coated Chain Link Fence.
4. Pump Station 13 Stormwater Pond: 185 LF of 6’ Black PVC Coated Chain Link Fence, 12’ Wide Gate.
5. B & C Water line: 512 LF of 6’ Black PVC Coated Chain Link Fence, 3 Each 10’ Wide Gates.

Location and materials are as indicated and specified in the project plans and specifications. The bidding documents include the following: Invitation to Bid, Instructions to Bidders, Bid/Proposal Forms, City of Tigard General Conditions, Sample Emery & Sons Subcontract, Emery & Sons Health & Safety Manual, 100% Plans, and 100% Specifications.
