Description of Work: PCL Construction Services, Inc. has been awarded
the Design-Build contract for the Clackamas County Circuit Courthouse. The
project is under construction and PCL is conducting the fifth phase of buyout for this fast-track project. This project is a P3 delivery method, where pricing
submission and subcontract awards will happen prior to completion of the
design.

PHASE 5 PROCUREMENT SCHEDULE
• 10/2/2023 – Proposal Documents sent to subcontractors
• 10/13/2023 – Subcontractor bids due
• 10/13/2023-10/27/2023 – PCL recap and bid evaluation, scope review
meetings with bidders
• 10/27/2023 – Notice of award and draft subcontract issued
• 11/11/2023 – Subcontract executed
Subcontract award will be based on this bid.
