The project scope consists of partial demolition of the existing structure for a 31,000 SF addition and 39,384 SF of renovation to the existing building. The addition will house expanded space for Preschool, Multi-purpose Classrooms, Teen Center, Event Center, Fitness and Aerobics Studio, Office/Administration and support spaces. The renovation will include seismic, electrical, and HVAC upgrades, and site improvements. The project is targeting LEED Gold Certification and 25% COBID aspiration goal.

鈥� Start of Construction: Early 2024
