Bid Package #5 for the City of Bend Public Works Campus project includes the entire building scope of the Headquarters Building.

Specific scopes included but not limited to are; concrete, structural steel framing, mass timber installation, dampproofing, roofing, glazing, siding, doors/frames/hardware, finishes, painting, tiling, elevators, fire suppression, fall protection, finish carpentry, polished concrete, and elevators. MWESB participation is encouraged.
