David Evans and Associates has appointed Aaron Fetzer chief financial officer and vice president. Fetzer has more than 25 years of experience as a finance and accounting professional. He succeeds Marc McGarity, who will remain actively involved during the transition before retiring. Fetzer will oversee DEA鈥檚 finance, accounting, and information services. His responsibilities include optimizing accounting and finance functions, leading the evolving information services environment, guiding annual stock valuations, managing the Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP), ensuring compliance with governmental accounting standards, handling banking and financing relationships, tax planning, and supervising the preparation of financial statements.
