Columbia County Courthouse Improvements includes seismic improvements on the bell tower and fire escape. It also includes construction of an exterior
elevator vestibule for ADA access.

Specific scopes included but not limited to are;
concrete, masonry, structural steel framing, Misc. Steel, damp proofing,聽 waterproofing, roofing, storefront , siding, finishes, painting, roof accessories,
fire suppression, and HVAC.
