• A type 2 procedure (design review) is pending for the Palms Motel at 3801 N. Interstate Ave. The proposal calls for refurbishment of the historic neon 鈥淭he Palms鈥� sign and relocation of the sign on the property due to a Portland Bureau of Transportation requirement. Brad Bane of Ankrom Moisan Architects is the applicant and Green Lotus Investments LLC is the project owner.
• Early assistance is being sought for a project at 2729 N.W. Savier St. The proposal calls for renovation of an existing structure, including structural upgrades and conversion to a primary residence and an accessory dwelling unit. Jake Furlong of JDL Development is the applicant and Fernwood TR is the project owner.
• A type 1x procedure (environmental review) is pending for 11683 N. Landfill Road. Metro is proposing creation of a segment of the 40-mile loop regional trail system, including accessible side trails and a viewing area. Gary Shepard of Metro is the applicant and Metro is the project owner.

• A pre-application conference is being sought for St. Johns Library at 7510 N. Charleston Ave. Improvements would include a new addition on the southeast side. Debbie Cleek of The Bookin Group is the applicant and Multnomah County Library District is the project owner.
• A type 1x procedure (historic resource review) is pending for the Henry Building, at 309 S.W. Fourth Ave. A proposed minor renovation would include adding security fencing and gates to four of the entry niches. Monica Ahlers of Convergence Architecture is the applicant and CK Henry Building LP is the project owner.
