CONSTRUCTION

Sundt Construction has added Kelley Metcalf to its transportation group as senior proposal manager. She will oversee proposal efforts for Sundt鈥檚 Northwest, Southwest and Intermountain regions. Metcalf has nine years of industry experience. She previously worked in proposal strategy management for Kiewit, overseeing the delivery of more than 32 proposals per year. Metcalf led pursuits ranging from $105 million to $1 billion, including key transportation projects in California, Alaska and the Northwest. Some of Metcalf鈥檚 successful pursuits include two $300 million progressive design-build projects for the Washington State Department of Transportation, and a $105 million design-build project for the Oregon Department of Transportation.
