DOWL hires Leavitt as senior project manager

Tim Leavitt has joined DOWL and its civil and land development group in Portland as a senior project manager. His experience includes contributing to construction management/owner鈥檚 representation; guiding large, multi-disciplinary project teams; successfully establishing a new engineering office from the ground up; and providing practice area and business unit leadership. Leavitt has served as a planning commissioner, city council member, and mayor of Vancouver, Washington.
