L茅ger now a DOWL project manager

DOWL has hired Robert L茅ger as a project manager in its civil and land development group in Portland. He has more than 20 years of experience involving large and small site design project management and design development. After initially moving to Oregon to serve as a land surveyor for the Oregon Department of Transportation, L茅ger spent two decades honing his skills as an engineer and project manager for local engineering firms.
