Heather DeGrella, Opsis Architecture鈥檚 sustainable design director, recently was named a LEED Fellow by the U.S. Green Building Council and Green Business Certification Inc. LEED Fellows are nominated by their peers. To be considered, they must have at least 10 years of advocacy experience as a LEED professional and hold an active LEED AP with specialty credential, among other requirements. For more than two decades, DeGrella has promoted green building practices and wellness initiatives. She was among only 21 professionals worldwide recognized as a LEED Fellow in 2023.
