Middle housing subdivision – application

Plans call for constructing an overhead transmission line and an underground distribution line that would connect to the Rivergate substation.

A minor renovation to the exterior facade is proposed. Failing fabric awnings would be replaced with more durable metal ones of a similar style.

The proposal calls for vacation of portions of the right-of-way along several public streets on Oregon Health Science & University’s Marquam Hill Campus.
